Okay, so here's the deal with my photos.

First off, they're mine.

If you do want to use my photos for certain art purposes please contact me...you'll see that I'm a pretty easy going person when asked nicely.

I do not allow people to do digital art with my photos. (sorry, but I've been screwed this way before)

If, however, you want to use my photos to do a painting, drawing, sulpture or sketch let me know. Like I said earlier, I'm pretty easy going. Usually all I ask is that you link back to me and give me credit where credit is due, and keep me updated on the process (if you are done with it, if you plan to put it up on your website/gallery/etc.).

If you want me to model for you, I'm sure we can work something out in most cases.

I do art reference photos for various artist friends of mine. If you are interested in my art reference photos let me know, I usually will trade art reference photos for a few sketches, or the cost of development and shipping. (See, I'm pretty easy) But, if you use the reference photos I ask that you link to me, or again, give credit where credit is due...all you would need to do is mention that I did the photo reference for that particular piece of art.

Okay, so everyone else knows the main rules. No using my photos, images, face, etc. without my express permission. If you do see someone using my stuff, and you don't see a link to me or at least my name in the credits, please let me know. These people will be dealt with to the full extent of the law.
